Dajuan Eubanks, President
Before joining Maine Basketball LLC in 2009 as Vice President of Corporate Sponsorships, Dajuan worked in the experiential marketing industry for 13-plus years with several leading agencies. During this time his role and responsibilities varied from project management to client services to business development and sales where he worked with clients such as the NBA, MLB, USTA, and McDonalds among others. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2012 and, most recently, to President in June of 2014. Dajuan is a former player and Goodwill Ambassador of the world famous Harlem Globetrotters where he performed extensively around the world with the organization entertaining thousands of fans. He received his B.A. in Business Management from Rice University where he also was a member of the men’s basketball team. Dajuan and his family have lived in Portland since 2005.
Evans Boston, Director, Public & Community Relations
Evans Boston is a new addition to the Maine Red Claws, but is very familiar with the team. Evans has been covering the Red Claws since their inception as a member of the media. For the past 7 years, Boston served as a sports anchor and reporter for WGME in Portland. His departure from WGME coincided with Will McClaran’s acceptance of a job with the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans. The timing was perfect, and Boston was thrilled to join the Red Claws front office in October of 2014. Boston is a Maine native, a graduate of York High School in York. Boston graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. Boston was a key reserve player for the York High School freshman basketball team, and a star bench player on the baseball team as well.
Jeremy Martin, Director of Corporate Partnerships
Jeremy brings more than five years of sports sponsorship marketing experience to the Red Claws after managing consulting accounts for Altus Marketing & Management in Boston. Jeremy ran programs ranging from selling sponsorships on behalf of property partners, to corporate client services and sponsorship consulting in the sports and entertainment space. In addition to the sponsorship sales side for partners including the Boston Breakers, Jeremy managed, activated, and reported on corporate client sponsorship and media portfolios such as Webster Bank’s that included a partnership with UConn Athletics and client Putnam Investments whose portfolio included an integrated premium seating naming rights deal with the New England Patriots. Prior to joining the Red Claws, Jeremy took the opportunity to undertake a 2,200 mile thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. After successfully completing the journey, Jeremy is happy to return to the sports world with the Red Claws in the state he finished his hike, now living in Portland.
Chris Taylor, Account Executive
Chris started his sports career working in the operations department with the Memphis Redbirds, the AAA affiliate of the Saint Louis Cardinals. After completing the season Chris went on to work in the operations department for the Albuquerque Isotopes and the New Orleans Zephyrs of the Pacific Coast Baseball League. In 2012 Chris decided to move back to New England to be closer to family while still working in the sports field. Chris, a native of Hingham, MA, graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with a Sports Management Degree and now lives in Portland.
Jordan Place, Account Executive
A Native of Portland, Maine, Jordan joined the front office in June of 2016. He’s no stranger to the Red Claws as he interned with the team during their inaugural season as a senior at the University of New England. Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge of the sports industry from his time with the Texas Tech Athletics Department as a graduate student and seasonal roles with the Portland Sea Dogs. Most recently he spent two years with the Portland Pirates as an Account Executive and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. He is excited to be back where it all started, as a member of the Red Claws Organization. He currently resides in Scarborough with his Wife and Son.
Drew Lamoureux, Account Executive
Drew was born and raised in Kittery, ME. Prior to working for the Maine Red Claws, Drew was a groundskeeper at Portsmouth Country Club in Greenland, NH and coached JV baseball at Traip Academy. He joined the Maine Red Claws in 2013, serving as a Game Operations Intern for the 2013-14 season. Drew returned to the Red Claws for the 2014-15 season as the Box Office Assistant on game days. During the 2015-16 season he became an Inside Sales Representative before being named an Account Executive in March. Drew has always had a deep passion for sports and loves being a part of the Maine Red Claws organization.
Gerald McLemore, Account Executive
Gerald joined the front office in June of 2014, but is no stranger to basketball or the state of Maine. Prior to joining the Red Claws, McLemore has been involved with youth basketball in Maine, serving as tournament site director for XL Sports World in Saco, as well as head trainer and AAU coach with the Gilman Street Basketball Club. Gerald also was one of the state’s top players at the collegiate level. He was a four-year letter winner on the University of Maine men’s basketball team. During his career with the Black Bears, McLemore earned multiple conference accolades including America East All-Rookie Team (2009), All-America East Second Team (2011, 2012), All-America East First Team (2010) and NABC Division I All-District Second Team (2011). The San Diego native graduated with a B.S. in 2012.
Joe Quinlan, Account Executive
Joe is a 2016 college graduate who is excited to be a member of the Red Claws front office. After graduation, Joe started his career in sports as an inside sales representative for the Red Claws. In Joe’s short time with the Claws, he has been promoted to an Account Executive position. Joe is an avid New England sports fan and is excited to make a positive impact in the community he grew up in.
Eddie Molinari, Director of Basketball Operations
Raised in Londonderry, NH, Eddie Molinari has spent most of his life playing and studying basketball. After high school he decided to pursue other interests, but his love for the game brought him back into coaching. He was an assistant for the NH Fastbreak 15u team and did some youth coaching and training prior to becoming a Red Claw. Eddie worked as an intern for the Red Claws in 2014 and returned to work under former Director of Basketball Operations, Cam Twiss, as a coach in the summer camps and clinics. After graduating from Franklin Pierce University in May 2016 with a BS in Sports Management, Eddie took over Cam’s position for the Red Claws while Cam moved on to Charlotte to work for the Hornets and the Greensboro Swarm.
